The Floor

Built for
People Who
Actually Train.

We designed Ironhouse for one purpose: to give serious athletes in Denver a place to train seriously. No ellipticals crowding the power racks. No “please re-rack after use” signs next to machines nobody touches. Just 17,000 square feet of real equipment and the people who know how to use it.

This is an iron gym. Chalk flies, bars drop, and coaches actually coach. If that sounds like where you want to be — the door is open.

14 squat racks — never a wait
5 Olympic lifting platforms
Powerlifting monolift + deadlift mats
Specialty bars: SSB, hex, cambered, log
100ft turf lane with sleds and carries
Chalk allowed. Drops allowed. Noise allowed.

Added 80lbs to his total in 12 months

I've trained at six gyms in Denver. Ironhouse is the only one where I've actually gotten stronger consistently. The programming is serious and the coaches actually watch your form — not just stand there looking at their phone. This is a real training facility.

Returned to overhead pressing after 2 shoulder injuries

After my second shoulder injury, I was convinced I'd never lift heavy again. My coach at Ironhouse built a program entirely around my limitations and rebuilt my shoulder from the ground up. Eight months later I'm back to pressing overhead pain-free. This coaching staff genuinely knows what they're doing.

Lost 34 lbs, PR'd every major lift

I hadn't trained in years and was nervous walking in. The coaches scaled everything for me on day one, didn't make me feel out of place, and pushed me just enough. Six months later I'm one of the regulars. This community is different from any other gym I've been to.

60kg snatch from zero in 14 months

I went from never touching a barbell to competing at my first local meet in 14 months. The Oly program here is the real deal — technique-first, individualized, and serious without being intimidating. The platforms, the bumpers, the coaching — all top tier.

Mile time dropped 3 min, squat didn't suffer

I was a powerlifter who got winded walking up stairs. Hybrid Conditioning fixed my engine without killing my strength. My mile went from 10 minutes to under 7, and my squat actually went up during the process. The programming is smart — not just "go hard and survive."

First 200lb squat at age 38

I started lifting at 38 with zero experience. The coaches at Ironhouse never made me feel like a beginner — they treated me like an athlete from the first session. I hit a 200lb squat last month and I'm already chasing 225. This gym doesn't let you stay comfortable.

Yes — and we mean that without hedging. Group classes are scaled, the coaching staff is genuinely approachable, and we run a beginner orientation for new members on their first week.
