About This Program
For members who want to move faster. Private coaching at Ironhouse is not a personal training session at a globo-gym. Your coach builds your program from scratch, runs every session with you, and adjusts in real time based on how you move and respond. Whether your goal is a 400lb deadlift, first pull-up, or body composition — you get a plan that's actually built for you.

- Initial movement assessment and goal intake session
- Custom program written and updated monthly
- 60 or 90-minute private sessions with your assigned coach
- Priority scheduling — locked slots, no competing with class times
