About This Program
Hybrid Conditioning is for athletes who don't want to choose between strong and fit. Sessions are built around energy system development — aerobic base, lactate threshold, and short anaerobic bursts — layered on top of loaded carries, sled work, and cyclical cardio. You'll run faster, recover faster, and your strength work won't suffer for it.
What's Included
- Programmed energy system development — not random intervals
- Loaded carries: farmer walks, sandbag, yoke, and sled
- Cyclical cardio: assault bike, row, ski, and running
- Threshold and zone 2 sessions — built for longevity
- Works alongside your strength training — not against it
