The Problem

Real coaching credentials, run on group texts and Venmo.

NexGen's coaches have played at the levels their players are chasing — and families knew it. But the business behind the coaching ran on DMs, group texts, and payment apps. Booking a session meant messaging back and forth. Filling a clinic meant reposting a flyer. There was no place to see the schedule, no way to pay online, and nothing that made the program feel as professional as the coaching actually was.

Our Approach

We built NexGen a full training platform, not just a website. The front end sells the program — real coach bios, program pages, and a booking flow where families pick a session, pay by card, and get a confirmation without a single text message. Behind it sits a complete back office: a live schedule the coaches control, clinics and camps with capacity limits and block pricing, Stripe payments landing directly in NexGen's account, a members-only locker room with training video and a team community, and a shop for branded gear. Every booking becomes a contact, every payment is tracked, and the coaches manage all of it from one admin.

The Result

From group texts to a real training business.

NexGen now runs like the program it always was on the ice. Families book and pay in under a minute, clinics fill without flyer reposts, and thousands of dollars have moved through the site — every payment tracked, every player a member. The coaches coach; the platform runs the rest.
