Performance training at Apex Method is built for athletes who have a specific sport, season, or event they're training for. Marcus holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) credential — the gold standard in sports performance — and has worked with athletes across hockey, football, soccer, golf, and combat sports. Programs are periodized around your competitive calendar: off-season development, pre-season sharpening, in-season maintenance. You won't just be stronger — you'll move better, recover faster, and dominate when it counts.
