About this service

We maintain a small roster of properties — all built by us — that we visit on scheduled weekly or biweekly programs. Clients pay a flat annual retainer and receive the same crew, the same crew leader, and proactive written reports each visit. We track plant health, irrigation performance, and seasonal condition changes the way a good property manager would. If something needs attention, we flag it before it becomes a problem.
