MAINTENANCE PLANS
An annual tune-up is good. A twice-yearly maintenance plan is how you catch a failing capacitor in April instead of August 2nd. Northpoint's Comfort Plan members get a spring AC check before cooling season, a fall heating check before heating season, priority same-day scheduling for any service call, and 15% off parts. Most members recover the plan cost in the first repair they avoid.

Comfort Plan from $189/year per system. Multi-system and commercial plans available.
“Third year on the plan. Last spring's tune-up caught a capacitor that was at 60% capacity — $85 part, avoided a mid-summer emergency call. Worth every dollar.”

COMMON QUESTIONS
What's included in a tune-up?
A 22-point inspection: refrigerant levels, coil condition, electrical connections, capacitor and contactor health, drain pan, thermostat calibration, filter check, and a full performance test. We document everything and show you the results.
Is the maintenance plan a contract?
No contract. Cancel any time. Most members renew because the peace-of-mind and priority scheduling are worth it regardless of whether they needed a repair.
Do I need a maintenance plan if my system is new?
Yes — most manufacturer warranties require documented annual maintenance to stay valid. Skipping a tune-up can void the warranty on a new system.
