Diagnostic visits start at $89 (waived if you proceed with the repair). Tune-ups start at $129. Repairs are quoted flat-rate before we touch anything — no hourly surprises. Maintenance plan members save 15% on all parts and labor.
Our target for emergency calls is 2 hours — days, nights, and weekends. During peak summer months (June–August) we prioritize no-cool emergencies and operate extended hours. Comfort Plan members get same-day guaranteed scheduling.
We service every major brand — Carrier, Lennox, Trane, Rheem, York, Goodman, Daikin, and others. For new installations, we carry Carrier and Lennox equipment and can special-order any brand. We'll recommend the best fit for your home, not the highest margin option.
Yes — we offer 0% financing for 12 months on qualifying new system installations, and longer-term options for larger projects. Ask your technician or mention it when booking. Approved same-day in most cases.
Two full system tune-ups per year (spring and fall), a 22-point safety and performance inspection each visit, refrigerant level check, coil cleaning, electrical safety check, priority same-day scheduling for any service call, and 15% off all parts and repairs. Starting at $189/year per system.

Yes — Austin requires permits for new equipment installations and certain major repairs. We pull all required permits and coordinate city inspections as part of every installation job. You don't have to manage any of that.
Most residential replacements are completed in one day — typically 4–6 hours for a standard split system. Larger homes, complex ductwork modifications, or commercial installs may require two days. We'll give you an accurate timeline when we quote.
