The Problem
A gym with real results — and a website that showed none of them.
X-Factor Athletic Performance had spent five years building one of Midlothian's top-rated training programs — a proven system, a real coaching staff, and the kind of word-of-mouth that fills a gym. But the website wasn't doing its job. It wasn't converting visitors into free-trial leads, wasn't ranking locally, and didn't reflect the quality of the training. Owner Brett Woldanski came to YWF needing a site that actually did the recruiting work between Google search and first session.
Our Approach
The build targeted the moment between "saw their Instagram" and "booked a free trial." That meant a high-impact animated hero to hold attention, service sections that quickly answer "is this for me," coach profiles that establish the program's credibility, and a lead form that's frictionless enough to capture even casual interest. Local SEO targets Midlothian and the broader Richmond area so qualified prospects land on the page in the first place, and the email automation makes sure no lead waits more than minutes for a response.
