Northeast Packaging & Automation does what most suppliers can't — a full-service packaging partner covering equipment sales, certified field service, OEM parts, and ongoing maintenance from a single source across New England and New York. But a B2B operation that broad needs a digital presence that earns trust the moment a plant manager lands on it. Without a website, NEP was invisible to the operations directors and procurement teams searching for packaging-equipment partners across the Northeast — and there was no way to request a quote when a line went down at 2am.
Our Approach
The build was about establishing instant credibility for a B2B audience that has zero patience for fluff. The site opens with bold industrial design and the credibility numbers a plant manager needs to see in the first three seconds, then breaks the full service stack into clean, scannable cards so anyone — operations, procurement, maintenance — can immediately tell whether NEP solves their problem. The quote form is categorized so urgent service calls route differently than equipment inquiries, and the whole experience is built to convert a Google search into a phone call before a competitor even loads.
