Summit Ridge was founded in 2009on one straightforward principle: a roof is the most important thing protecting a family's home, and it deserves to be done right. Not rushed. Not cheaped out on. Right.
We earned our GAF Master Elite® certification — held by fewer than 2% of roofing companies in the country — because it unlocks the Golden Pledge warranty for our customers. That's the strongest coverage available: 50-year material, 25-year workmanship. We think homeowners deserve it.
We also specialize in insurance claims, because most storm-damaged roofs in Colorado are covered — and most homeowners don't know how to navigate the process. Our inspectors document damage the way adjusters review it. We attend the adjuster meeting. We push back on underpaid scope.
