Program 01
Skating & Edge Work
Build explosive acceleration, tight edge control, and crossover mechanics — the foundation every competitive player needs on the ice.
- Video stride analysis to identify inefficiencies
- Forward and backward edge progressions
- Explosive first-step and acceleration drills
- Crossover mechanics on both forehand and backhand
Program 02
Stickhandling & Puck Control
Develop hands that can protect the puck under pressure, make plays in traffic, and finish with confidence in any situation.
- Hand-eye coordination and stick-feel development
- Shooting off the pass — tape-to-tape reception and release
- Puck protection techniques against physical defenders
- One-on-one deke progressions (forehand, backhand, toe drags)
Program 03
Shooting & Scoring
Quick release, shot accuracy, and the net-front instincts to capitalize on every chance — trained until it's automatic.
- Wrist, snap, and slap shot mechanics breakdown
- Quick-release training from multiple zones
- One-timer mechanics and timing with a pass feeder
- Goalie-read tendencies and shooting to open areas
Program 04
Goalie Development
Position-specific training for goalies ready to stop more shots — footwork, rebound control, reading plays, and mental composure.
- Butterfly stance and post integration mechanics
- Lateral T-push and shuffle footwork progressions
- Rebound direction control and recovery positioning
- Reading shooter cues and cutting down angles
Program 05
Team Training
On-ice team sessions that build system awareness, defensive zone structure, power play execution, and competitive team culture.
- Custom session design based on your team's system
- Defensive zone coverage and breakout drills
- Power play and penalty kill unit work
- Backchecking lanes and neutral zone play
Program 06
Summer Camps
Intensive multi-day camps for players who want to arrive at fall tryouts ahead of the field — skill-dense, competitive, and coach-attended.
- 3-day Intensives and 5-day Elite formats available
- Maximum 18 players per camp for individual attention
- Daily film review with individual player breakdowns
- Morning skating and afternoon skill stations
